Every journey is designed by Alexandra Hepworth and delivered by a small, trusted team – so you have the reassurance of her expertise behind every trip, and dedicated support throughout.
CONCIERGE 360™
A fully managed, high-touch travel planning experience
Designed for clients who want their travel handled from start to finish.
From the flow of your journey to flights, accommodation, experiences, and the details that happen quietly in the background – everything is planned and managed on your behalf.
Full concierge support is included throughout: dining reservations, spa bookings, special requests, and personal touches that make your travel uniquely yours.
One service, shaped around the trip you’re taking. A honeymoon, a milestone birthday, a family trip across three generations, or the bucket-list journey you’ve been waiting to take – some ask a great deal of us, some less. Our service is built so you use the elements that matter most for your trip.
Working at this level means dedicating time, energy and resources to getting every detail right – which is why a planning fee applies. It protects the focus each journey deserves, from the first idea to the moment something needs solving while you’re away. Fees are proposed and agreed upfront, before any work begins.
Our fees typically range from $1,850–$3,750, based on the scope, complexity and length of your trip, as well as how soon you’re travelling. A personalised proposal will be shared with you following an initial conversation, so we can understand the vision for your travels and how best to support you.
